Silver Skull Brooch

Ruth from Los Angeles, CA made this skull wreath brooch.

Chemistry C says:

This is a great piece of wearable art you have created. When I saw this, I immediately thought of Mourning Jewelry that was fashionable in the 19th century. After looking at this for a while I picked out a pattern that seemed to resemble that of an atom. The skull serves as the nucleus and the roses and pearls look like circling electrons. Maybe you have created a new element here. Thank you for submitting your work to us.
