Hey, I found you via POP Candy. Love the sheet in the hotel room, but I gotta say that would freak me out! I also have a skull in my own blog header by coincidence. (small though) Anyway, this is a cool idea & very creative.
could you describe how you did it? do you put it in a vice? what kind? and which attachment of the dremel? with thanks, it's dynamite, and an old appalachian folk craft my father's farm hand (!), jake blankenship, from the mountains around salem, VA, taught him to do in the 1920s.
I just held it down on a work surface with my hand and used a variety of different small diamond coated bits. Mostly I just experimented and discovered what worked best.
Peach Pit Carved with Dremel Tool. My grandfather used to carve peach pits so I did this one is in honor of him.
