It looks like it once was a door at a fire station that was bricked in and I think it's very possible that whomever did the windows installed them that way on purpose.
There's one of those convex "look around the corner" mirrors on the corner of the building, mounted up pretty high, where some fire stations mount theirs.
Ha ha ha, I've passed by there so many times, since they finished the new paint job, with the trim a different color and never saw this. Love it! Now I'll be tipping my head this way and that as I walk the neighborhood.
I'm trying to figure out where that is in Richmond and I'm having no luck. I'm highly entertained tho, and I'll be subconsciously hunting for building skulls in my sweet RVA from now on.
