360. Skull of Cabbage

Carved Organic Cabbage (approx. 5.5in x 4.5in x 4in [14cm x 11cm x 10cm]). I figured I had to get at least one last carved veggie in before the end!

  2. :) It has to be organic, doesn't it?! Wee Monkey Gurl is 9 and *EVERYTHING* has to be organic. Of course, that doesn't stop her from eating @ McD's.

He makes me laugh, too. Mebbe its a food-skull thing...

  3. I like this a lot. It looks like it's thinking hard about something and a vein is popping out on it's forehead. And nice teeth!

  6. I think the top looks like a comb-over. Like Christiane, the one rib looks like a vein popping up to me too and the teeth look like they were difficult to do.

This would make a great project for animation by taking a picture of it once an hour or so until it rots.

  7. It looks so fresh and alive... are you going to continue to photograph it as it rots?

  8. I'll see about the photos, it was already smelling pretty strong after an hour so I had to put it outside!

  9. I thought top of cabbage looked like a skull pirate's do-rag - not comb over! ARGH!
