100 Painted Skulls: #8

To celebrate year 5 of Skull-A-Day I've decided to paint 100 skulls on 4 x 4in (10.16 x 10.16 cm) wooden panels over the course of the year... 


I wanted to do a murkier image so I tried using a dry brush to blend after laying down the various layers.

    Liking this one a lot!!! It makes me feel like I'm looking into a hole, and the skull is looking back from the other side mwahahaha :D XXX

    It reminds me of dinosaur bones that have darkened due to sediment.
