Christian Baron submitted two images of his Mr. Death. They have an engraved resin skull. The body is paint and wood.
I like the carved resin skull relief with the painted body and accents. The combination gives a nice cartoonish quality to the pieces. I like the idea of these being on actual coffins. Coffins are normally very traditional. I prefer something more ornamental that represents the interests and life if the deceased. With that being said, I plan on being cremated and thrown into a river...so we'll leave the fancy coffins for those that want to take longer to decompose. I don't.
