I would take it to Paris, France. We could tour the catacombs where there are lots of other skulls. Then, we would find a nice spa to get it all super clean. There would be shopping on the Left Bank followed by touring the Lourve in hopes there would be some skull art for Skully to enjoy. I would take it to the top of the Eiffle Tower for dinner and hope that it doesn't get the urge to bungee jump. To end the evening, I would tuck it into bed at a lux hotel with lots of soft pillow.
Ohhh - how about the Fair at 'boney' Island, lol
I would take it to Richmond, VA strolling through Hollywood Cemetery and then to the Poe Museum, shopping at Exile, perhaps pop in the Va Museum and then a great dinner at hmmm, Ipanema.

I would take a skull on vacation to the Bahamas. Truthfully, it would be for me. I'm sure the skull really doesn't care, just as long as it's not back in the grave underground.
I would take it on a tour of famous ossuaries to visit its brethren.
I would take a skull on vacation to New Zealand. The only thing better than touring New Zealand would be touring it with a skull. drew@chalkbodyoutline.com
It would be great to take it on vacation to Skull Valley, Arizona.
Or for a cheap vacation to stratford on avon "Alas, poor Yorick!" and all that!
I would take a skull with me to the Caribbean, and use it to bother the tourists so they left me alone to enjoy my vacation.
Cape Cod- malaficent@gmail.com
Boston! Visit Benjamin Franklin, Jefferson, Paul Revere, and all them cool folks. And drive to Salem to the Burying Point and Witch Trial Victims Memorial.
No where specifically nice and out of the country. Taking it to a very small town called Hell, Michigan. C'mon, with a town named after hell, why wouldn't you take a skull? Or really, a grim reaper. Ha.

I would take it to "Transkullvania". Maybe then we would head to "Skulltland" and if there is time we might head to "Saskulltchewan". No matter where you go you should always have fun inside of your own skull.
id bring it around Europe for a start, visiting squats in Holland (where i found out about skulladay and everyone seems to have a crazy interest in skulls and other organic matter). from there head to the south pacific and tour around where skulls have a greater meaning in the spiritual sense, then after much traveling, back home and rest up on the shelves in the tattoo shop along with the other hundred or so skulls to live out its days.
I would take my skull on vacation to Cuba, where I can smoke cigars and it can rest on vintage dashboards. Damn right.
Of course, you can reach my skull and I in Cuba via priyaish@gmail.com
EASY! Skull Island ouside off the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. (:
lindapochinda@hotmail.com
Skullo Via and I would visit my Nana in Hermosillo and then jump in the jeep and drive to Oaxaca for a little Dia de los Muertos love. Of course he would dress up as a person because painting him like a Catrina would be redundant. Then we would go shopping for cowboy boots and buy tamales for lunch. ¡Que Sabrosa!
Why Denmark of course. Alas, poor Yorick...
My high school troop of Girl Scouts and I would take them on a hike through the redwoods, then this summer to Cuenavaca Mexico to visit with Girl Scouts and Girl Scouts and Girl Guides from all over the world at an international Girl Scout and Girl Guide program center and then next summer to London to another World program center and then to PAris. My troop is bummed we couldn't get a skull for our troop crest. SO we'll make do with skull beads as a troop mascot.
I would take it to the bone chapel in the Czech Republic! So it could meet some peers!
And because I love that place, myself...
if it were really a vacation and a skull family affair, i'd take a skull to the top of a mountain. actually, perhaps i'd like to take it to the top of an active volcano in hawaii. up there we could really enjoy our true mettle.
I think that I would take a skull to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. I think the carnivale atmosphere would be great - the skull would never stop smiling ; )
I would travel to Cobo San Lucas to bask in the sun and further the bleaching process of my cranial friend.
we would SO go to Mardi Gras!
I would take the skulls to the Easter Islands to see the Moai. simply to show them how big and oddly shaped they could get if they put their minds to it.
I would take it to my bedroom, and stay there until I become a skull too.
blackstrangecat@gmail.com
to Mexico, where he could get a sugar skull make up.
***DEATH VALLEY, USA***
where else could you take it?
jb
To Stratford-upon-Avon to vist Yorick.
I would go back to New Orleans! I've been there once, and I'd love to go back and stay a while to find the places I missed. I would like to take a lot of pictures featuring my Domo stuffy again (like I did last time) only giving him a skull-buddy! Maybe even make a stop motion, which I've been really into lately.
Or, if I knew, I would take him or her back to it's gravesite, and leave him there to enjoy his final resting place. (again, taking lots of pictures!)
I would take my skull on a climbing trip. One of my goals is to make it to Joshua Tree even if I can only second the really easy stuff.
I would have a quilted, velvet-lined bag made - so I could take it with me as a companion. I'd like to take it with me to a hidden, cozy, old library. I'd set it on a desk, next to some candles, and then I'd find Edgar Allan Poe to read aloud to it. Pathetic, I guess, but that's my idea of a nice time.
We would go to Italy - first to Venice, where we would eat spaghetti (he might need some help with his), drink red wine (ditto), then go to Lake Garda, rent a paddleboat, go out to the middle of the lake and sunbathe topless (he might have some trouble with this, but we could figure something out!)
i would take mine to the greek isles to work on our tans or maybe ecuador to zipline in the rain forest.
forgot my email! josie281@hotmail .com
I have taken Sheldon - our rubber skeleton baby to Maine and most recently Mexico...folks look at you strange when you are poolside with a skeleton baby - I love it!
Well, I will take it to the Langkawi Island, my favorite sunny beach, where we can get burnt sweetly, haha.
Off to Mexico for "Day of the Dead of course! Email me at mutztoots@yahoo.com
I SUPPOSE THAT IN A FAIR OR CIRCUS HAPPY PLACES FOR WHICH THE SKULL IS HAPPY...
I would take the skull across the US and Canada in my RV. It gets a little lonely traveling by myself so a skully chatterbox could be a good thing.
Axully, I sort of HAVE taken a skull on vacation. I have a 14" tall ceramic grinning reaper with blue eye holes that we took with us on an anniversary trip here in CO years ago. We strapped him in the back seat. We took pics of him at the Loveland Burial Park (what other 'theme' park would he go to?) and the Devil's Backbone and nestled among the stuffed animals at the cottage we stayed in. Oh, and in the hot tub in his blue shades. I'll look for the pictures. :OD
I have taken a skull on all of my vacations. I keep it on top of my spinal column.

I would take it to Las Vegas and use it as a luck amulet at the casino :)
gustavo@scafuro.com
Id take it to mar de ajó in argentina. It´s a beach town and it could tell me what went on with some of the wreckage it hides.
I would take the beads to Oklahoma to see some of the buffalo skulls and rose rocks there.
I would take it on the train with me next time I go to Chicago. I would place it in the seat next tome so that no one would even dare asking if they could sit there!
rebecca(at)crazyrebeccas.com
i would take it to the czech republic, ive been told that Sedlec Ossuary looks beautiful in summer :)http://u.nu/9dck4
just in case e-mail: cliosguy@gmail.com
I would take a nice skull with me to any isolated tropical beach. There is just so much we could do together. We could contemplate mortality as we sifted through billions of grains of warm sand.I could build a sand sculpture to look like I had buried a person and skull could be the head. Oh boy, that would get a laugh out of any one passing by. On our more quiet days I would draw many sketches of skull with shells, skull with fish, skull with palm fronds. The possibilities are endless. Who could get bored.
Karen Applegate Portland,OR
I will take my skull beads to Kenya this summer, to scare away the beach boys plying their trades.
Delaware beach trip! Slaughter Beach, with a stop in Slaughter Neck, then on to Broadkill Beach.

I would take a skull on a vacation all around Germany and Austria! brittcbrown@gmail.com
Italy, of course!
I already DO take a skull on vacation! Let me explain: Tracie found a Halloween Beanie Baby, a little grim reaper named Paco. Not only did he become a studio mascot for us, but a travel companion for Tracie and her friends!
He's been to Las Vegas, Manhattan, Paris (but the catacombs were closed that spring), Finland and even to the Great Pyramids in Egypt! We post his photos on his Facebook fan page.
In the future, I hope to visit Michelangelo's David and Murano in Venice; you can bet Paco will be along for the ride!
I want to win!
I would take the skull to Elsinore Castle in Denmark to hobnob with Yorick.
Where would I take a skull on holiday?
I would take a skull everywhere I have ever been,
and all the places I am yet to go,
because as you'll see once I'm dead,
there is one lurking in my head.
