I agree with anonymous (if their name is, indeed, anonymous, it might be a pseudonym) - free hugs is creepy, and skulls are not. I'm not worried that skulls are trying to cop a feel. I *would* be worried if skulls tried to hug me, though.

Hmm I feel compelled to do something similar in Sydney city, just to see how the Sydney-siders react.
About a year ago, the Free Hugs Campaign received some interesting attention, including from the police! There were copious news articles and there are also videos on YouTube.
I might have some time for such shenanigans during the Summer.
Interestingly, free hugs is creepy while skulls are fun.
In a more innocent world it would be the other way around...
