Yarn Glued to Cardboard (8in x 11in). I was inspired by Keltie at 365 Masks to try out the technique of yarn painting!
UPDATE: Keltie just let me know that yarn painting is properly called Nearika and is practiced by the Huichol Indians of Mexico! See some examples HERE.

Dude! I don't know how you keep this going and stay so creative.
You're awesome.
WOW. This is fantastic! I love it.
Thanks for the shout-out, too!
How did you map this out? In your head, trial and error, lucky first try?
Great stuff!
A skull that even my grandmother would love. Seriously!
Good work to you and keltie.
that is prrrreeetty good. :o
That looks excellent. I like the way the teeth came out with this method -- nice effect.
Plus I like anything made with haberdashery... :P
Wow, thanks everyone!
B13: I sketched out the skull and then just followed the shapes. So yes, basically a lucky first try!
Serious props on this one, Noah! It's not difficult to tell that this one was pretty time consuming. I'm in awe.
simply love it
