On March 3rd, my skull for the day was made from hand cut copper sheet and glass: #274 Frog Skull (and Skeleton!)...
A few weeks later it was put into a kiln with some other work by my friend Carrie who kindly let me use her studio and materials for this piece. The molten glass is actually glowing red hot in the just opened kiln...
It's been waiting to be photographed on my desk ever since I got it back. The copper has turned red and escaping gasses have caused the bubbles to form...
