I decided to paint this one in a stipple style rather than using brush strokes. I also tried out an acrylic glazing liquid that allows it to have even more of an oil paint quality. You may have noticed that these are all basically front facing so far; I haven't decided if/when to switch to other angles. What do you think?

And switching angles or distorting the image could make things even more dynamic. Should be interesting.
These are excellent! I can hardly believe the original project was 5 years ago. Wow.
