Skull-A-Day in use: Skullphabet Mitt

Eagle-eyed Skull-A-Day friend Madonna Dersch spotted my free Skullphabet font in use on the tag for a skeleton oven mitt recently!...

Have you spotted it in use or used it yourself? Let us know!

[BONUS] Skullphabet Graffiti!

Artists How&Nosm made this awesome giant graffiti piece using my Skullphabet font!...

...and even caught US secretary of treasury Timothy Geithner walking in front of it?!...

There's also a video of their process of creating it...

And if you didn't see it before, my Skullphabet 2 was also used for some graffiti!

Fraktur Skull

Ross Elliott from London, UK wrote: “I thoroughly enjoy your blog, and would like to respectfully submit my work for inclusion on it. These two skulls are a part of a series made from the font Fette Fraktur. All characters are not modified and are simply rotated and scaled into position.”

Rumspringa C says:

Thank you for submitting this awesome work. I am amazed by your visionary skill to take an already difficult looking font and make it into something more recognizable. If you get a chance you should take a look at these typs of Fraktur for the more influence.

Skull-A-Day Press: Skullphabets in Type Fontbat

Japanese publishing company BNN, Inc has included both of my Skullphabet fonts (#1 & #2) in their new book Type Fontbat. They are two of the 134 free fonts that actually come with the book on a CD. As of now it looks like the book is only available in Japan, but if you can read Japanese you can get more details on their site HERE.
