236. Flour Skull

Sprinkled Organic Flour (13in x 12in). Second attempt. Turns out there's no tweaking with this technique, trying to brush away unwanted speckles just makes a mess.

Citizen, FTW! (For The Win, just in case people don't know the newer meaning)

tatman: they make organic flour. In the larger picture, it's easier to tell that the flour has a slight tan-ish tinge to it. Organic flour tends to be a bit less than Casper-white in colour. So unless Noah bought the entire stash of rock¹ off the dude on the corner and re-powdered it...

I'm willing to bet on it being organic.

¹ From all the chemicals used to process it into rock form, crack cocaine usually isn't very white.

This has to be my favourite. The effect is a lot like a starscape - the associations are very primal.

Kitty: very educational!

My initial thought was along the lines of, "Ooh, what were you cooking?"

But everyone else seems to have wandered down another cognitive path.. :P

Kim, I was thinking the same thing at first - cookies. I thought maybe the skull was done using a small strainer (hmmm... a tea ball would work for that) to sift the flour and then the rest of the flour was to be used for making cookies.

Sadly, no cookies from Noah. I'm bummed. Really, I am (not) hehe *ahem* Noah.

On the cocaine powder vs crack thing, I'm just more observant of some details in a weird way. I've never seen rock cocaine in person but noticed the difference in colour via pictures and video.
