Before you ask, yes I would love to manufacture these, but I really have an issue with making stuff out of plastic (especially
PVC). If there's a way to produce them with recycled plastic or a non-toxic, renewable resource I'd be game, anyone got any resources for this?

Perhaps you can use old vinyls, at least for the body…
I use Synair Knead-A-Mold for mold-making - not sure how it would work for this. It's not toxic to me, but I don't know about how it is for the environment.

There is a type of recyclable/eco-friendly plastic out there you can manufacture from but I don't remember what its called.
Maybe you could do a cross promotion with Green Toys?

you could go to boat places or like home depot and get a buch of old styrafoam they would just normally throw out
