These are so cute. Yesterday, I picked up two acorns in a parking lot. They didn't have cute little hats though, and I used a Sharpie to make faces on them. Who knew they'd make such great skorns (I'm voting for that one, too.)

Love it! It's like he's wearing a very curly furry hat.
Call it Skorn - love the site.
Ditto for "Skorn".
Make that a third for "Skorn".
I need to get a dremel tool. Obviously it's a handy thing to have.
festive for fall! Martha Stewart could not do better!
It's like the skull has a little Daniel Boone coonskin cap on!
Good choice given the time of year! I can advise you to use caution if you ever decide to do a Dremeled mini-pumpkin, it gets very messy :)
How about "Skull-corn", which is kind of like candy-corn (at least for squirrels it is).
Nutskull.
Death in a funny hat?
now if only the squirrels could be so creative. them new fangled city slickin squirrels don't even pick up them corns no more.

Yeah I thought it looked Daniel Boone-esque as well!
Thanks for the tip Chris Z!
Funny hat death is the best kind!
