10. United Skull of America

The 48 Contiguous States (sorry Alaska & Hawaii). I was working on a client project with a map of the continental US and realized it might make good source material for a skull.

P.S. This is now available as a limited edition T-Shirt!

I would totally wear this as a t-shirt even if I got beat up or arrested because someone interpreted it as some kind of abstract political statement.

I'm working on it anonymous!

Wait, I can't find Michigan's Lower Peninsula! The U.P. is there, but Detroit got dissed (again).

It's there Anonymous! Just look at the upper left hand part of the back of the skull (it's between Tennessee and Missouri).

I think you messed up the shape of Maryland -- if it is where I think it is, as the last molar, there is no other side of the Chesapeake Bay: http://www.50states.com/maps/maryland.gif

I definitely do not want to nitpick since this is such an incredible project so I'm more hoping you point out that I am wrong and have missed Maryland.

Both sides of Maryland are there (where you spotted it), it's just from a very stylized map so it's not a perfectly accurate shape.
