Earlier this year I was invited to go to NYC to give a talk on Skull-A-Day at the 2009 Gel Conference. Each year Gel (which stands for Good Experience Live) brings together a really diverse range of folks to share what they do in just 20 minutes. The talks are usually very inspiring and guaranteed to get you thinking. While only a small number of people can attend in person, they kindly put the talks online as well for all to see. Definitely go check em all out, they're well worth your time. I was honored to be included this year and I'm already scheming about how to get back there next year by offering a workshop of some sort. I'm open to suggestions!
p.s. I forogt to mention that my friend Terry of Bent Objects fame, helped make this happen by connecting me with Mark at Good Experience, so a big kudos to him! You can watch Terry's great Gel talk HERE.
I like how no one ever thinks anything of a guy making a skull. I'd be right behind you saying, "Check out this dude's skull!" I'm so glad that they put these up for everyone who can't make it in person. Great stuff. Very inspiring. Just as long as I can keep from eating my own brain ;)
