Sunday Simulacra - Version 3.51

This week’s simulacra are safe for children.

The Oldest comes from Gustavo Jaramilloin in Bogotá, Colombia. He said: “This is a whistle which has a football at the back of it, the spots are holes and these holes make it look like a skull.”

The Middle was sent from Joel T. Muchmore in San Francisco, CA. He wrote: “My daughter, the lady-bug princess, received a set of ladybug stickers from her grandmother. As to be expected, she proceeded to stick them on objects around the house. No complaints there. In the morning I saw this sticker on a footstool in the kitchen and wondered where we got red skull stickers?”

The Youngest arrived via Gary C from New York. Who spotted this skull in a child’s toy.

Gerber C says:

Usually we might find skulls marking places of danger that kids should not go near. These skulls, however, are OK for kids to be near. Thank You for all for submitting your skulls to be shared.

Keep sending those pictures in to our submissions address. Just keep in mind that since we only post simulacra once a week it might take a little longer than normal for it to be posted.
