As winter is hopefully winding down this next month for us in the Northern Hemisphere, today’s simulacra remind us that sometimes the cold times can bring us amazing finds.
First up is Barb in Minnesota who said: “I noticed this on my semi trailer one cold and snowy night. It kind of freaked me out.”
Sally Van Eycke told us: “Coming out of a sports supply store in Columbus, Ohio. They kind of also look like tree spirits from Princess Mononoke.
Last is J. Ellisun Elliott from Lawrenceburg, IN who sent us this broken ice sculpture that they saw at Walnut & High in Lawrenceburg, IN
Large C says:
It was winter not like any winter of the last few years when the cold was starting to get to me that I wax prosetic. As we travel the highway, sit for a spell, or take great joy in watching the cold become a memory and you go forth and share these submissions... tell them Large C sent ya!
Thank you all for the wonderful submission!
Keep sending those pictures in to our submissions address. Just keep in mind that since we only post simulacra once a week it might take a little longer than normal for it to be posted.
