A Moment to Pause

Today is Remembrance Day in many parts of of the world.

Whether you recognize it locally or not please take a moment to reflect on your place in this world, and remember those that are no longer with us.

I love the use of flowers in ceremonies, do you know why there are poppies for this one?

During WW1 poppies were a common wildflower in the fields where the soldiers fought. Also, the red color was a symbol of blood. The holiday was established after WW1.
